Position: Labourer / Lead Hand – Metal Roofing
Location: Cobourg, ON

Wage: Competitive, based on experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with metal roofing systems

• A strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment

• Comfort working outdoors in all weather

• Confidence working at heights and on roofs

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

• Leadership and crew management skills (for Lead Hand role)
   

Assets (Preferred)

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

• Fall protection and other safety certifications
   

Key Responsibilities

• Assist or lead in the installation of metal roofing panels and systems

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite

• Work with the team to meet project deadlines

• Deliver quality results while following safety standards
